Great experience, rooms were well designed and the mirrors on the walls were a nice touch. I also enjoyed the nearby mall and the other places to roam around. Good place for couples and everyone .

There are holes in the wall, it should not be there because it gives guest's unnesessary anxiety. Also the huge glass wall in front of bed is not a good idea, it feels like there is someone on the other side of the wall.

1) The doors of the hotel do not have a soft closure. When a guest opens the door and closes it, it hits with a bang causing a lot of noise and this is very irritating and disturbed my sleep at night. I stayed on the ground floor rooms 2) We had paid for the breakfast included price, at 9 am there was some cut fruits and upma and nothing else, they were only getting it ready then, but they said the breakfast is from 7:30 to 10 am So we couldn't have a decent breakfast before heading out to work. There was no one to serve or help. At 9 a person looking like a manager showed up and when we asked for Paratha, he just didn't answer Very disappointed with the quality and service

Dear tribeca hotel management, i recently stayed at your hotel and unfortunately, i had a disappointing experience that i feel compelled to bring to your attention. 1. Bathroom cleanliness: the bathroom was not cleaned properly before my arrival. Basic amenities such as a bucket were also missing, which caused great inconvenience. 2. Breakfast experience: the complimentary breakfast was far below expectations. Only two items were available, ***** with a few fruits, which is not sufficient or satisfactory for guests. The quality and variety of the breakfast need serious improvement. I hope you take this feedback seriously and make the necessary improvements to ensure a better experience for future guests.
